Rio Nicey Was rescued from the Harbor shelter in San Pedro, Ca. He had been returned twice and his time was up. He'd been accused of having separation anxiety. He hasn't shown any signs of it here. He's a great little guy. A mix of Chihuahua, Doxie, Corgi  or Jack Russell Terrier. No one knows for sure. But whatever his heritage, he sure turned out real nice.
